Stop, Stop, Go

As men age, they suffer more urinary difficulties such as reduced stream output, hesitancy, dribbling, frequency, and perhaps even burning. Nettle root helps alleviate these discomforts by promoting a healthy urinary system. Generally, it takes about 3 bottles, each 1 oz, of tincture for the user to notice a difference in their urine stream. There is a fair amount of research on Nettle Root at Pub Med on its benefits to the urinary system, and it shows to be an herb that has low risk as far as toxicity and adverse events are concerned.

When a person has irritation of the urinary bladder, the natural tendency is to lower the intake of water, so that one has to urinate less. This can lead to a host of problems which affect the heart, kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and bladder, or essentially any organ system that has to due with "cleaning" the body. Water, which is a dominate part of our body, acting as our main form of hydration and lubrication, is also used to help flush out our body. The concentrates which the water flushes out move through our kidneys and our urinary bladder in the path of excretion. Therefore, when one does not consume enough water, this flushing process is limited, and more concentrates tend to accumulate in our body, thus causing the problems in the various organs. Taking the correct herb to increase our urinary health is important, because when the mild irritations which caused us to not want to consume water are minimized, then we can go back to consuming the correct amount of water for our daily needs, and thus giving the body the tools it needs to flush and clean our body.
