Semen Biotae orientalis
Bai Zi Ren essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the seeds (Biotae Orientalis) of a Chinese evergreen commonly known as Arborvitae (tree of life). The essence of this small, oily seed with its spicy, bitter aroma is used to open the heart, the ear canal and rise through the nose to activate the pineal gland (that produces melatonin). It enters kidney, large intestine, heart and spleen meridians to nourish the heart and calm the spirit. Like all essential oils, Bai Zi Ren is easy to use, fast acting, and cost-effective.
