Actions: Gotu Kola and Bacopa has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine for enchancing clairy of thought. Bacopa also has anxiolytic and nervine qualities. Ginkgo is used to treat a broad range of vascular insufficiency problems, but particularly conditions affecting the brain such as senility, mental fatigue and loss of hearing and eyesight. Recent studies of Ginkgo have confirmed a protective effect against alzheimer's disease and senility. Schisandra is an adaptogen and mild stimulant and nervine to the central nervous system. Lemon Balm is a mild anti-depressant especially useful for seasonal affected disorder (SAD).
