Dosage
The typical recommended daily dose of the formula for an adult is 9 grams, but the final decision should be determined by a qualified healthcare professional.
Treasure of the East recommends splitting the dosage into two or three servings per day. If taken twice a day, each serving size is 5 grams. If taken three times a day, each serving should be 3 grams. Each measuring spoon included with Treasure of the East granules holds 1.5g.
