Fang Ji Huang Qi Tang (Stephania and Astragalus Decoction) is a classical Traditional Chinese Medicine formula from the Jin Gui Yao Lue of Zhang Zhong-jing, available in a 200g concentrated granule format for extended clinical dispensing. Designed for wind-water and wind-dampness patterns with surface qi deficiency, it combines Fang Ji and Huang Qi to expel wind, augment qi, strengthen the Spleen, and promote urination to reduce edema. The 200g size supports ongoing management of patients with recurring fluid accumulation patterns.

Contraindications: Excess-type edema manifesting as nausea, abdominal distention, loose stools, or other Stomach and Intestinal symptoms. Not to be used in cases of water dampness constraining the protective yang in the exterior, characterized by an absence of sweating, even though the pulse is also superficial and the patient has an aversion to wind
