Regulates Blood, Invigorates Blood and Dispels Xue Stasis


This formula was originally created by Zhang Zhong-Jing to address blood stasis during pregnancy. With the development of modern biomedical approaches to managing pregnancy complications, it is now primarily used in China to treat gynecological or postpartum issues. While it can also be employed to treat fixed abdominal masses accompanied by pain and tenderness, the healing process may require long-term use of the formula, possibly lasting many months.

Ram. Cinnamomi

Gui Zhi

Unblocks Yang, transforms Qi, warms the Middle, and directs Turbid Yin downward. It warms the channels, collaterals, and Blood through the vessels to alleviate pain, while also warming and promoting the flow of Yang Qi in the chest.

Fu Ling

Facilitates urination, alleviates Dampness, tonifies the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao, and transforms Phlegm.
