These easy-to-use patches provide temporary relief from minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, bruises, sprains and strains. This particular formula, used in East Asia for centuries, will help remove toxins and sooth internal bruising and inflammation for quick pain relief. Contains 5 (3.4"x3.4") patches per package.
Use: For adults and children 12 years of age and older, you simply clean and dry the affected area, remove patch from film and apply to affected area no more than 3 to 4 times daily, for 7 days. Remove patch from skin after at most 8 hours of application. For children under 12 years of age consult a doctor.
What to Expect: While wearing the patch you may experience anywhere from mild warmth to a strong sensation of heat. You may also feel mild itchiness or notice some redness on the area of application. These are common signs of increased circulation and detoxification. If the heat or itching becomes too intense, or the redness more pronounced, remove the patch and consult your practitioner.
