Ling Sou Wan (Ning Sou Wan) is a TCM formula that expels hot phlegm, clears heat, helps stop coughing, and helps alleviate breathing difficulty from phlegm obstruction.
Ling Sou Wan, also known as Ning Sou Wan, is a TCM formula designed to address Lung heat patterns with phlegm obstruction, where hot phlegm accumulates in the Lung channel and impairs the smooth flow of Lung qi, giving rise to cough, difficult breathing, and phlegm-driven respiratory distress.
