Somacept is a hard-resin acupressure patch designed to deliver targeted relief for acute, sharp, or stabbing pain. Developed by TOYO RESIN Co., Ltd. in Japan, this patch uses a grid of stiff, volcanic-shaped microcones that apply vertical pressure to the skin. This activates A-delta mechanoreceptors involved in fast pain modulation—offering relief without skin penetration, magnets, or medication.
