This physio tape provides muscle and joint support with limiting mobility or range of motion, making it perfect for comfortable use during or after exercise. It is water resistant, uses a long-lasting adhesive that may be used for up to 5 days, and features XactStretch technology, providing a visual guide for applying tape with precise amounts of stretch. Theraband Kinesiology Tape is available in 2 designs in rolls of 20 pre-cut strips and black/white in a single, cut-to-size roll. Rolls measure 2" x 16.4'.
