Shipping policy
Same-day shipping is only available for some orders when they are placed before 1 PM EST or 10 AM PST. All items will be shipped with "Standard Shipping," which can be *USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, USPS First-Class, or Other* Standard service, depending on the country the order was placed in and where it has to be fulfilled from within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Alternative/Different Shipping options may be available, depending on your location (you will see all available shipping options to your location when checking out, including express/priority options if available). Contact the courier directly for all shipping-based inquiries after the item(s) have been shipped out. All shipped items are insured up to $100USD or CAD value automatically, even if the order value is below $100 USD or CAD (this applies only to US & Canadian Orders). Any order placed above 100 USD or CAD will be insured for the appropriate value, which is the same value paid upon checkout minus taxes, shipping fees, handling, etc., only actual 'PRODUCT PRICE' is insured. International Orders Outside Of United States (US) & Canada Will Not Be Insured Unless Otherwise Requested For And Paid For By The Customer In Advance By Contacting Us Before Placing An Order.
Please be aware that all international orders may incur additional charges, including importation fees, duties/taxes, handling, etc., as mandated by the destination country. It is important to note that these fees are not within our control, and customers are solely responsible for covering any expenses associated with their international orders. By placing an order with us, you explicitly accept and acknowledge this responsibility. We advise customers to familiarize themselves with the specific regulations and charges applicable in their destination country before placing an international order. Any fees imposed by customs, tax authorities, or other regulatory bodies are the responsibility of the customer, and we disclaim any liability for these charges. Upon checkout, it is crucial for customers to note that any address(es) provided may undergo modifications through our shipping tool, incorporating services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Google Maps. These adjustments are implemented to ensure the accuracy of shipping destinations. However, it is explicitly the customer's responsibility to ensure the correctness of the provided address(es) to mitigate the need for subsequent changes. We strongly emphasize that customers must take full responsibility for furnishing accurate address(es) during the ordering process. Our company expressly disclaims any liability for orders shipped to an incorrect address if it aligns with the originally provided information at the time of checkout. We urge customers to exercise due diligence in confirming address details to facilitate a seamless and accurate delivery process. It is imperative to recognize that, in such instances, the responsibility squarely rests with the customer to provide and verify accurate shipping information.
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, the courier company responsible for handling your product will have insured the shipment. We always insure shipments, matching their sold value (the amount you paid for the product). This does not apply to international orders outside of the United States (US) and Canada unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer in advance prior to placing an order. All items sold are packaged safely, securely, and thoroughly to ensure the safety and arrival of your item(s). Please note: if items are not delivered to you after they have been shown as delivered by the tracking number or if your order arrives, but the products are damaged/missing, you must inform us within 2 days / 48 hours. Otherwise, we will assume the order has been delivered and received in adequate condition. We will not honor any requests made after the period of 2 days / 48 hours for orders that have not been received or for damaged/missing products.
All products sold will have a minimum of 3 to 6 months validity before expiring, although we do our best to provide products with a longer validity.
