Both Skullcap and California Poppy clear heat from the Heart and Liver and are suitable for excess or deficiency syndromes. Both herbs resolve stagnation of the Liver-Gallbladder and may be useful for patterns involving preoccupation and nervousness. Milky oats are used traditionally to nourish the nervous system, while Western Pasque Flower is rapidly settling and grounding.Â
