Yin Lightning Teishin

This teishin is the one we have used the most frequently with our patients (and the one both Japanese masters we showed it to favored). It carries a gentle, grounded power. Its shape is also the most unique of the four tools. It can be used to do stroking technique on the face and scalp, as well as the customary point-specific work. In the hand it has a wonderful, light feel—an artful combination of yin and yang.
