It is not an exaggeration to say that amino acids, and the proteins they create, are quite literally the building blocks of life.

Amino acids account for 75% of dry body weight; 95% of muscle (and heart), and 100% of hormones. neurotransmitters and neuropeptides are made up of amino acids. In fact, essential amino acids have been shown to change gut microbiota and promote Health span. Essential amino acids regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and energy balance, increase mitochondrial biogenesis, and maintain immune homeostasis.

The major elements are sodium, potassium, phosphorus, chloride, copper, calcium, magnesium, manganese, sulfur, zinc, iron, and silicon. kollaJell™ also contains mucopolysaccharides (amino acid sugars), which are naturally occurring cofactors that work in synergy throughout the cellular system.

Jellyfish are composed of 3% solid matter and 97% water. Through research in vitro and in vivo, we learned jellyfish are not only extraordinary marine creatures, but they naturally contain the key intracellular nutrients that promote healthy connective tissues, Cytokine stimulation, skin health and brain function. Jellyfish collagen has multiple amino acid peptides that stimulate the acquired and innate immune responses, while the naturally occurring essential mineral constituents bind to the collagen protein peptides. Edible jellyfish collagen is a newly discovered nutritive ingredient that promotes optimum neurological activity and improves cognitive memory.*
