Safe Harbor Blend, 1/2 oz (formerly Post Trauma Blend)

The essential oils in this blend work together to promote calmness and a sense of liberation. They are designed to nourish the heart, stabilize and calm the spirit, and help consolidate and regulate scattered Qi resulting from trauma.

In particular, the floral oils in the blend produce an anti-nociceptive effect, which in psychology refers to a factor that increases tolerance to or decreases sensitivity to dangerous or harmful stimuli, such as a post-traumatic stress trigger. 

This essential oils blend is primarily recommended for aromatherapy through inhalation directly from the bottle, using a few drops in a cup of steaming water, or with a diffuser. It is also suitable for topical application on specific acupuncture points, especially those of the Yin Linking Vessel (Yin Wei Mai), as well as the Heart, Pericardium, and Kidney channels.
