Directions: For best results, apply the oil to one of your pulse points (where your blood vessels come closer to the surface of your skin, such as the underside of your wrist). Turn your hand palm side up, hold one of the fragrances upside-down over your wrist and tap the bottom of the bottle 1-2 times. This will release 1-2 drops of the oil. Gently rub your wrists together, bring your wrist under your nose and take a few deep breaths.
