Griffo Botanicals Mistrel is the classical Ban Xia Bai Zhu Tian Ma Tang with some modifications formulated specifically for vertigo and Meniere's Disease.
Manufacturer suggested dosage: For acute symptoms, take 2-3 teaspoons 3 times per day. For chronic lingering symptoms take 1 teaspoon 2 times per day.
