Ku Ding Cha (Broadleaf Holly Leaf Tea)
Ku Ding Cha is the dried leaf of Ilex kudingcha or Ilex latifolia. It is widely used as both a medicinal tea and a heat-clearing herb in TCM.

- Promotes salivation and quenches thirst
Common Uses: Headache, toothache, red eyes, sore throat, and excess heat patterns. Also traditionally used to support healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
