Qing Fei Pai Du Tang (Clear the Lungs and Relieve Toxicity): a 23-herb formula composed of four classical Shang Han Lun sub-formulas, produced at 10:1 concentration to support normal respiratory function.
Qing Fei Pai Du Tang (Clear the Lungs and Relieve Toxicity Decoction) is a 23-herb concentrated formula composed of four classical formulas from the Shang Han Lun by Zhang Zhong-jing: Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang, She Gan Ma Huang Tang, Xiao Chai Hu Tang, and Wu Ling San. Combined, these sub-formulas address external pathogenic invasion of the Lungs with concurrent Dampness accumulation. This ActiveHerb version is produced at a 10:1 concentration, making it the most potent granule form of this formula available.
- Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang component (Shi Gao, Zhi Gan Cao, Ku Xing Ren, Jing Jie, Zi Su Ye): disperses Wind-Heat, releases the exterior, and clears the Lungs
- She Gan Ma Huang Tang component (She Gan, Zi Wan, Kuan Dong Hua, Jiang Ban Xia, Sheng Jiang): disperses Cold-Dampness and clears mucus from the Lungs
- Xiao Chai Hu Tang component (Chai Hu, Huang Qin, Zhi Ban Xia, Sheng Jiang, Dang Shen, Da Zao, Gan Cao): drains heat, vents the Lungs, and prevents deeper penetration of pathogens
- Wu Ling San component (Fu Ling, Zhu Ling, Ze Xie, Bai Zhu, Gui Zhi): eliminates Dampness and promotes fluid metabolism
- 10:1 concentration ratio: 1g of granules is equivalent to 10g of raw herb
