A clean, high-elevation Baozhong oolong from Pinglin’s renowned Bai family—crafted with precision and honored in the 2025 regional competition for its vibrant floral aroma, smooth body, and lingering finish.

2025 Competition Baozhong Oolong is a limited-production, high-elevation jade oolong produced by the Bai family in Pinglin, Taiwan. Known for their consistent competition-winning craftsmanship since 1959, the Bai family's teas have become perennial favorites for their clean execution, fragrant complexity, and elegant finish. This 2025 batch was awarded top honors in the Wenshan Baozhong Tea Competition and hand-selected during an on-site visit with access to several Class A competition lots.

Crafted from Qing Xin cultivar leaves harvested in late April at approximately 750 meters elevation, this Baozhong offers a superb balance of aromatics and structure. The garden and harvest window chosen are notably favored by the grower's own mother, and the selection was made after direct tastings and comparisons of multiple competition entries.
