Echinacea Goldenseal is an acute formula, to be used when either one feels like they are about to come down with a cold/flu (take every couple hours), or if cold/flu symptoms are already present (take at lease 3 times per day until symptoms subside). Echineacea stimulates innate immunity and excites phagocytosis of the white blood cells in general circulation.*

Contraindications: Pregnancy. Concurrent use with Heparin to avoid antagonizing the anticoagulant activity. Diabetes; Do not use over two weeks in a row. The amount of licorice in here is small and should not raise high blood pressure
