• Chen Pi - citrus peel - indigestion and stagnation with poor water metabolism
• Bo He - mentha - release tension, reduce nausea, brighten the flavor
Instructions
• Tea: Pour 8oz of boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 6 minutes or more and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Strong Tea: Place one tea bag in pot with 12oz water and bring to a boil. Simmer until 6oz remain and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
