Lung 101 Lung Qi Acupoint Minerals is an external-use formula designed to support Lung Qi, the vital energy associated with the entire respiratory system, including the nose, sinuses, throat, trachea, and lungs. Healthy Lung Qi is associated with immune function, healthy skin, comfortable breathing, a strong voice, emotional balance, mental clarity, and robust energy.

Lung Qi may become weak or depleted in association with respiratory concerns, excessive coughing, grief, sadness, worry, stress, overwork, exhaustion, unsuitable levels of exercise, poor nutrition, environmental exposure, aging, chronic illness, postpartum recovery, or surgery. Lung 101 is formulated for application along the Lung Meridian and at acupoints BL13 and DU14 to strengthen the Lungs, regulate Lung Qi, clear heat, expel stubborn pathogens, support neck mobility, and promote immune function.

Mineral Blend

Amethyst, Opal Quartz, and Dogtooth Calcite form the foundation of the blend. Staurolite and Hematite are included to reverse counterflow and restore the descending pattern of Lung Qi, while Azurite and Malachite help loosen and drain heat associated with pathogens.

Directions

For Lung Qi deficiency or weak Lungs, apply the minerals three times per week at night before bed. For maintenance, apply as needed.

• Apply along the Lung Meridian on the left and right arms, from the collarbone to the tip of the thumb, covering points LU1 through LU11.
• Apply to the back of the lower neck at points BL13 and DU14.
