Sheng Ma Ge Gen Tang is a classical TCM formula traditionally used to address exterior wind-heat conditions where the rash has not yet fully expressed at the surface. Its primary strategy is to release the muscle layer and encourage rashes -- such as those associated with measles or other heat-driven skin eruptions -- to vent outward and resolve.
