Tu Niu Xi (Native Achyranthes, Achyranthes aspera or Cyathula capitata) is a TCM herb that invigorates blood, clears heat, promotes urination, and induces menstruation. It combines Blood-moving, heat-clearing, and diuretic actions for use in patterns of blood stasis with heat and urinary difficulty.
