Women's Nutrients is designed for women. It is a complete hypoallergenic, nutrient-rich, highly bioavailable multivitamin, multimineral and trace element supplement. Its distinct blend includes activated vitamins and superior mineral forms for optimal absorption. Each daily serving provides 533 mcg Metafolin^® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (L-5-MTHF), the naturally occurring, universally metabolized form of folate, along with 266.4 mg calcium citrate (among the highest of all our multivitamins), 666 IU vitamin D₃ and 68 mcg vitamin K1. This formula also offers naturally derived vitamin E, beta carotene, lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin. These nutrients are also blended with calcium-d-glucarate, lignans, and standardized herbals extracts from green tea, turmeric, red wine polyphenol, grape seed, pomegranate, rhodiola and lemon balm.
