Wu Wei Xiao Du Yin, translated as Five-Ingredient Decoction to Eliminate Toxin, is a classical TCM formula used to address fire toxin accumulating in the blood and tissues, manifesting as boils, carbuncles, and inflammatory skin conditions. It combines five potent heat-clearing and toxin-resolving herbs to address excess fire toxin.

Chinese Symptomology: All types of boils and carbuncles with localized erythema, swelling, heat, and pain accompanied by fever, chills. Especially useful for deep-rooted and hard lesions, which are said to resemble nails or chestnuts.
Contraindications: contraindicated for yin-type boils. Use with caution in cases with Spleen deficiency
