There is a diverse range of wild chrysanthemums. This particular type, known as Shen Nong Ju, is named after the Divine Farmer from the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing. It naturally grows in the Shen Nong Jia Nature Preserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
