Zhen Ren Huo Ming Yin is a classical TCM formula that clears heat, eliminates toxins, reduces swelling, softens hardness, invigorates blood circulation, and stops pain.

Zhen Ren Huo Ming Yin, also known as Angelica and Mastic Decoction, is a classical TCM formula used to address early-stage yang-type abscesses and sores caused by accumulation of heat toxins with qi and blood stagnation. It combines heat-clearing, toxin-resolving, blood-invigorating, and hardness-softening herbs to address the presentation from multiple angles.

  • Clears heat to address the heat toxin root of the accumulation
  • Eliminates toxins from the blood and tissues
  • Reduces swelling associated with toxic heat accumulation
  • Softens hardness and disperses nodular or hardened accumulations
  • Invigorates blood circulation to dispel stagnation underlying swelling and pain
  • Stops pain through its combined blood-moving and heat-clearing actions

Contraindicated for deep-rooted yin-type sores and for lesions that have already ruptured. Use with caution in Spleen-Stomach or qi and blood deficiency. Available from KPC Herbs as 5:1 concentrated granules. Intended for use under the guidance of a licensed TCM practitioner.
