Xiao Yao San is a classical TCM formula that spreads Liver qi, strengthens the Spleen, nourishes the blood, and harmonizes the Liver and Spleen.

Xiao Yao San, translated as Free and Easy Wanderer Powder, is one of the most widely prescribed classical TCM formulas. It is the primary formula for Liver qi stagnation with Blood deficiency and Spleen qi weakness, addressing the interplay between the Liver's need for free flow and the Spleen's need for strength to generate blood.

  • Spreads stagnant Liver qi to restore the smooth flow of qi through the body
  • Strengthens the Spleen to support blood generation and digestive function
  • Nourishes the blood to relieve symptoms arising from blood deficiency
  • Harmonizes the Liver and Spleen to resolve the root disharmony between these two organs

Available from KPC Herbs as 5:1 concentrated granules and capsules. Intended for use under the guidance of a licensed TCM practitioner.
