Seven Forests is a specialized brand of Chinese herbal formulas developed in 1986 by the Institute for Traditional Medicine (ITM), designed for clinical use by practitioners. These formulas, often in 700-800mg tablets, use combinations of powdered herbs and hot-water extracts to treat a wide range of conditions.
