Shan Zha and Ji Nei Jin (Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli) both strongly reduce Food Stagnation. Shan Zha reduces accumulated blockage due to over-consumption of meat, moves Qi, and breaks up Blood Stasis, and is used for amenorrhea, bulging disorders, and chest pain due to obstructive Stagnation. Ji Nei Jin treats all types of Food Stagnation, strengthens the Stomach, stops enuresis, and dissolves stones.
Standard range: 8 to 16g (30 to 120g when used alone). Tincture: 2 to 4ml.
Generally, the recommended dosage for an adult is 9 grams per day, but any final decision should be made based on a trained healthcare practitioner's analysis.
