Sang Ju Yin is a classical TCM formula that disperses wind and clears heat, and stops coughing by facilitating the flow of Lung qi.


Sang Ju Yin, translated as Mulberry Leaf and Chrysanthemum Decoction, is a classical TCM formula from the Wen Bing Tiao Bian. It is the primary formula in TCM for early-stage wind-heat invasion with cough, distinguished by its light, dispersing herbs that gently address the exterior while facilitating the smooth flow of Lung qi to relieve cough.
